Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your payment and artwork/design confirmation.

For bulk/wholesale orders, processing time may extend to 7–10 business days depending on quantity and customization.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer both domestic (Bangladesh) and international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Within Bangladesh: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Julora Made is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order is lost or arrives damaged:

Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product/packaging.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Julora Made is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
